Materials
- 1½ cups granola try my homemade cinnamon granola recipe or my protein granola recipe
- 2 cups yogurt try my probiotic tofu yogurt recipe or my coconut yogurt recipe, both are dairy free
- 1 piece of your favourite fruit diced. I like to use fresh papaya, dragonfruit, or mango. you could also try my baked papaya or baked plums recipe

- Layer the breakfast granola cups with fruit, then layer the yogurt, and then top with granola.
