- 3 limes
- 100 grams of white chocolate (vegan if making dairy free)
- 300 grams of silken tofu
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Follow these steps to make the papaya boats:
Make the high protein dairy free cream
- Make the high protein cream the day before by melting the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water or by 20 second bursts in the microwave. If necessary, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to achieve a smooth consistency.
- In a blender, combine the silken tofu, vanilla extract, and melted white chocolate. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. This will allow the cream to set.
