Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • ½ purple / red dragonfruit skin removed
  • 1 cup pineapple chopped
  • 1 cup soy milk or any other milk of choice
  • 1 handfull spinach I use frozen spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional

Instructions

  • Add ½ a fresh purple dragonfruit, 1 cup of fresh chopped pineapple, 1 cup of soy milk, a handful of frozen spinach, and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional) to your blender.

  • If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes. If your fruit is frozen, you may not need to add ice.
  • Secure the lid of your blender and blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and you have a smooth, creamy consistency.

  • Pause and check the consistency of your smoothie. If it's too thick, add a splash of soy milk and blend again. If it's too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend until desired thickness is achieved.
  • Once your smoothie reaches the desired consistency, pour it into a glass and enjoy!
