½purple / red dragonfruit skin removed
1cuppineapplechopped
1cupsoy milkor any other milk of choice
1handfullspinach I use frozen spinach
1scoopvanilla protein powderoptional
Instructions
Add ½ a fresh purple dragonfruit, 1 cup of fresh chopped pineapple, 1 cup of soy milk, a handful of frozen spinach, and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional) to your blender.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes. If your fruit is frozen, you may not need to add ice.
Secure the lid of your blender and blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and you have a smooth, creamy consistency.
Pause and check the consistency of your smoothie. If it's too thick, add a splash of soy milk and blend again. If it's too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend until desired thickness is achieved.
Once your smoothie reaches the desired consistency, pour it into a glass and enjoy!
