Ingredients
½cupcherry juice
½cupalmond milk
1cuppitted cherries
1cupchopped pineapple
1handfuliceskip if using frozen fruit
1tablespoonmaple syrup

Instructions
Make sure to remove all of the stems and pits from the cherries
Add all ingredients to a blender. If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, add a handful of ice to the blender. This will help create a chilled and refreshing smoothie.
