Ingredients

  • ½ cup cherry juice
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 cup pitted cherries
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 handful ice skip if using frozen fruit
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ avocado

Instructions

  • Make sure to remove all of the stems and pits from the cherries

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, add a handful of ice to the blender. This will help create a chilled and refreshing smoothie.
  • Secure the lid of the blender and blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
