Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted
  • ½ - 1 cup of plant milk I like to use soy milk but any kind of milk is okay
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 handful of ice optional
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional, refer to blog notes

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend smooth. Stop and start the blender as necessary to ensure the frozen banana and ice are combined.

  • Add more ice or frozen banana for a thicker smoothie. Add more milk for a less thick consistency.
