Ingredients

4thumbturmeric 4 thumbs / 100 grams with skin on
1thumbginger1 thumb / 4 cm length / 25 grams with skin on
3teaspoonhoney
¾teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Prepare your juicer.
Cut turmeric, ginger, and carrots into pieces that fit into your juicer.
Juice all the ingredients.
Pour into 6 small shot jars.
Add a pinch of black pepper and ½ teaspoon of honey per shot. Mix well (a chopstick works great for this!).
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Shake well before consuming.
Alternative method (if you don’t have a juicer):
Blend all ingredients with a small amount of water or fresh orange juice.
Strain the mixture using a cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
