Ingredients
6oranges1.1kg with skin on
4carrots540 grams with skin on

Instructions
Vitamix / Blender + Cheesecloth Method:
Peel the oranges completely, ensuring all white pith is removed to prevent the juice from becoming gelatinous when refrigerated.
Chop the carrots and ginger into small pieces to ease blending.
Add all ingredients into a blender (preferably a high-speed blender like a Vitamix). If using a lower-powered blender, add a small amount of water to help with blending.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into a cheesecloth placed over a large bowl.
Gather the cheesecloth and squeeze out as much juice as possible. For an efficient extraction, wrap the cloth around a wooden spoon and twist it tightly.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days (although best consumer fresh).
Juicer Method:
Peel the oranges and cut them into segments.
Chop the carrots and ginger into smaller chunks for easier juicing.
Feed the ingredients into the juicer, alternating between soft oranges and firm carrots to optimize juice extraction.
Stir the juice to mix evenly and serve fresh or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
