Papaya Juice

Refreshing papaya juice made with papaya, coconut juice, and lime. A quick, healthy tropical drink ready in minutes. Makes about 1 litre of juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 large papayas
  • 1 large fresh young coconut about 500ml
  • 2 limes juice extracted, seeds removed

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the papaya

  • Cut the papayas in half, scoop out the seeds, and remove the skin. Chop the flesh into chunks.

Step 2: Add ingredients to the blender

  • Place the papaya pieces into a blender. Pour in the fresh coconut juice from the young coconut.

Step 3: Add lime

  • Squeeze in the juice of two fresh limes.

Step 4: Blend

  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Step 5: Serve

  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately while the juice is fresh and vibrant.
