Papaya Sorbet With Pineapple

A healthy and refined sugar free papaya sorbet recipe. Uses only 4 ingredients and can be made with an ice-cream maker or a food processor.

Equipment

  • 1 ninja creami or food processor

Ingredients

  • cup papaya, diced, skin and seeds removed 550 grams
  • ½ small pineapple, diced 220 grams
  • 2 tablespoon honey substitute for maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 lime, juice of

Instructions

  • Blend the ingredients: Add papaya, pineapple, honey, and lime juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Ninja Creami Method

  • Pour the blended mixture into the Ninja Creami cup or ice cream maker container and freeze overnight. When ready to eat, let it sit on the kitchen counter for 10 minutes and then blend. You may need to re spin once or twice.

Food Processor Method

  • Pour the blended mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. When ready to enjoy, blend the frozen cubes in a food processor, scraping down the sides as needed, until creamy.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Scoop the sorbet into bowls and enjoy immediately!
