- 1 small frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 25 g pea protein powder I use a high quality flavourless one
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 cup frozen kale or spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup coconut water
- small handful ice
Optional Add Ons (For More Calories)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or coconut sugar
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth!
Decorate with additional banana, cinnamon & peanut butter as desired
