Ingredients

  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 25 g pea protein powder I use a high quality flavourless one
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 cup frozen kale or spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • small handful ice

Optional Add Ons (For More Calories)

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or coconut sugar

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth!
  • Decorate with additional banana, cinnamon & peanut butter as desired
