Ingredients

  • 1 pomegranate seeds extracted
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the pomegranate seeds and yogurt until well combined.
  • On a sheet of parchment paper, make small domes with the mixture using a spoon or an ice cream scoop. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  • Melt the dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or using a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals.
  • Take the frozen yogurt bites out of the freezer and dip each bite into the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to fully coat the frozen yogurt bites. Another option is to drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the frozen yogurt bites. This will mean less dark chocolate is used). I like to make a combination of both types.
  • Return them to the freezer for another 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
