Ingredients

  • 1 pomelo peeled and segmented
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line a tray or large plate with baking paper.
  • Peel the pomelo, remove the membrane and separate the flesh into small pieces.
  • Place the pomelo, Greek yogurt and white chocolate chips into a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir until evenly combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into bite-sized portions on the prepared tray.
  • Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
  • Remove from the freezer and let them slightly defrost for 10 minutes and then enjoy!
