  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • ½ watermelon half of a 5kg watermelon
  • cup water
  • 3 limes, juice extracted
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Scoop and freeze: Cut your watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh of one half. Place it into a large container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Prep the limes: Juice the limes and remove any seeds.
  • Soften the watermelon: Take the frozen watermelon out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. Alternatively, microwave it for 1 minute to slightly soften and separate the frozen pieces.
