Ingredients
2cupsfreshly diced papaya skin and seeds removed, approx 250 grams
2tablespooncondensed milk or maple syrup
1cupplant milk
1handful of iceoptional
Instructions
Half the papaya, peel the skin, and remove the seeds of the papaya. Dice the fresh papaya.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (about 30 seconds. Taste test and add more sweetener (condensed milk or maple syrup) as needed.
