Ingredients

  • 1 banana approximately 115 grams, frozen recommended
  • 1 cup blueberries 125 grams, frozen recommended
  • 1 kiwi fruit skin removed, frozen recommended
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup kale or spinach loose cup or store bought frozen compacted discs
  • 1 cup milk any milk of your choice
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional

Instructions

  • Prep Your Ingredients: Ensure all your fruits are properly frozen and that the kiwi skin is removed.
  • Add to Blender: Place the frozen blueberries, banana, kiwi, chia seeds, soy milk, coconut water, vanilla protein powder, and spinach (if using) into your blender.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is creamy. If your fruits aren’t fully frozen, add a handful of ice to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Serve Immediately: Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass and enjoy the tropical freshness!

Notes

If your fruit isn't frozen, you can always just add ice instead.
