Ingredients

  • 1 large papaya, seeds and skin removed ripe, about 1800 grams flesh only
  • cup dark chocolate chips 270 grams

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate: Use a double boiler or microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  • Blend the cake mixture: Add the papaya flesh to a blender, pour in the melted chocolate, and blend until completely smooth.
  • Prepare your cake tin: Grease a springform pan and line the bottom with baking paper for easy removal.
  • Pour and chill: Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and refrigerate overnight to set.
  • Serve and enjoy: Dust with cocoa powder before serving if desired.
