Ingredients
4-5durian seeds
400mlheavy whipping cream use coconut whipping cream for dairy free
⅓cupcondensed milkuse oat condensed milk for dairy free
Instructions
Remove the seeds from the durian flesh.
Add the durian, whipping cream, and condensed milk to a blender. Blend smooth. The mixture should be fluffy and creamy. Do not over blend or over whip the mixture. I find that 15 seconds using a high speed blender is enough.
If using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and turn on.
If using a ninja creami, pour the mixture into a creami cup and freeze over night, ready to be whipped on the low fat ice cream setting the next day
If using a food processor or blender, pour the mixture into an ice tray and freeze over night. When ready to be served, blend the frozen cubes in a blender or food processor. Stop / starting to scrape and mix as necessary.
