  • ¼ watermelon slice and skin removed
  • ½ teaspoon celtic salt
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup more / less depending on your taste

Instructions

  • Add the fresh watermelon, salt and maple syrup to blender and blend smooth.

  • Taste test to see if more salt or maple syrup needs to be added. Pour through a sieve if you prefer to have the juice without the pulp or if the watermelon had a lot of seeds.
