How to make a fruit roll up recipe with just two ingredients: fresh papaya and sugar. Any fruit of choice can be used in this recipe. They are better than store bought and no dehydrator is needed!

Ingredients

  • ½ papaya (400 grams) peeled, seeds removed, and diced
  • ½ cup sugar can be reduced depending on your taste

Instructions

  • Start by preparing the papaya. Peel and dice the papaya into small pieces, ensuring that any seeds are removed.

  • Place the diced papaya into a blender or food processor, along with the sugar. Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and well-combined mixture.
  • Preheat your oven to 95 degrees Celsius / 200 fahrenheit.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper, ensuring full coverage.
  • Pour the blended mixture onto the prepared tray.
  • Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread the mixture evenly.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 5 to 6 hours.
  • The roll-up is ready when it is not super sticky to touch (it will still be slightly sticky).

  • Allow it to cool for 30 minutes before cutting and rolling. Carefully peel the whole piece of the rollup from the baking paper lined tray and place it on a new piece of parchment paper. This will make it easier to roll and easier to peel and eat later!
