How To Make A Sambal & Petai Fried Rice
How to make a delicious and easy sambal petai rice dish! This fried rice recipe uses 3 ingredients: sambal, petai, and rice!

- 1 cup sambal
- 2 cup rice cooked (and from the night before is best)
- 1 handful petai beans
- 2 tablespoon oil for cooking
Peel the petai and slice in half to ensure there are no worms inside.
Add oil to a large wok or pan and bring to a medium heat.
Add the petai beans and sautéed for 1 minute.
Add the sambal and continue to sauté for another minute.
Add the cooked rice (from the night before is best) and continue to mix until all of the ingredients are well combined.
Compress the rice slightly into a small bowl and flip onto a plate.
Serve and enjoy!
