- 1½ cups granola try my homemade cinnamon granola recipe or my protein granola recipe
- 2 cups yogurt try my probiotic tofu yogurt recipe or my coconut yogurt recipe, both are dairy free
- 1 piece of your favourite fruit diced. I like to use fresh papaya, dragonfruit, or mango. you could also try my baked papaya or baked plums recipe
Layer the breakfast granola cups with fruit, then layer the yogurt, and then top with granola.
If doing this for meal prep you may wish to add the granola right before serving to keep it crunchy.
