Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup fresh parsley leaves
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • ½ to ¾ cup of water or milk of choice slowly add water / milk until desired consistency is achieved
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt or any other high quality salt
  • 1 pinch of cracked pepper
  • ½ to 1 fresh garlic clove optional

Instructions

  • Soak the raw cashews in boiling water for 10 minutes and then drain.
  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, adjusting water to reach your desired consistency.
