100gramswhite chocolatevegan, if required
300gramssilken tofu
1tablespoonmaple syrup
1tablespoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water or by 20 second bursts in the microwave. If necessary, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to achieve a smooth consistency.
In a blender, combine the silken tofu, vanilla extract, and melted white chocolate. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. This will allow the cream to set.
