Ingredients

  • 1 banana peeled and frozen
  • 150 grams papaya diced and frozen
  • 1 cup soy milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 juice of, lime ensure seeds are removed

Optional

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Peel the banana and cut the fresh papaya and store in the freezer.

  • To make the smoothie, add the frozen banana and frozen papaya to a blender along with the soy milk, lime juice and protein powder (if using). Blend smooth and enjoy!
