Ingredients
1bananapeeled and frozen
150gramspapayadiced and frozen
1cupsoy milkor any milk of choice
1juice of, limeensure seeds are removed
Optional
1scoopvanilla protein powder
Instructions
Peel the banana and cut the fresh papaya and store in the freezer.
To make the smoothie, add the frozen banana and frozen papaya to a blender along with the soy milk, lime juice and protein powder (if using). Blend smooth and enjoy!
