Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries (frozen) 125 grams
  • 1 banana (frozen) 115 grams
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk any milk of preference
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust, adding more lime juice for tanginess or a splash of extra milk if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
