Spicy Asian Cucumber Salad
A classic spicy asian cucumber salad recipe that is made with 1 whole cucumber and a few other simple ingredients.

- 1 cucumber
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic chilli crisp refer to blog notes for substitutions
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Start by thinly slicing 1 cucumber.
In a jar or container, add the cucumber, 2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon garlic chili crisp.
Cover with a lid and shake until the cucumber slices are evenly coated with the dressing.
Let the cucumber sit in the fridge for 1 to 2 days or serve immediately. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sesame seeds.
