Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic chilli crisp refer to blog notes for substitutions
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Start by thinly slicing 1 cucumber.
  • In a jar or container, add the cucumber, 2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon garlic chili crisp.
  • Cover with a lid and shake until the cucumber slices are evenly coated with the dressing.
  • Let the cucumber sit in the fridge for 1 to 2 days or serve immediately. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sesame seeds.
