Spicy Rambutan Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 20 rambutans
  • 2 large red chilli's
  • 2 limes, juice of
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Peel the rambutans either using your hands or a knife. Cut away the rambutan flesh with a knife and discard the seeds.
  • Cut the stalk off the chilli's, cut in half, and remove the seeds.
  • Extract the juice from the 2 limes, ensuring to remove all seeds.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blender smooth.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours. Remove from the moulds when ready to be enjoyed.
