Spicy Rambutan Popsicles
How to make spicy rambutan popsicles with fresh rambutan, red chilli's, and lime juice. One of the best rambutan recipes!

- 20 rambutans
- 2 large red chilli's
- 2 limes, juice of
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Peel the rambutans either using your hands or a knife. Cut away the rambutan flesh with a knife and discard the seeds.
Cut the stalk off the chilli's, cut in half, and remove the seeds.
Extract the juice from the 2 limes, ensuring to remove all seeds.
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blender smooth.
Freeze for at least 2 hours. Remove from the moulds when ready to be enjoyed.
