Strawberry Sago With Chocolate

A delicious asian dessert made with only 4 ingredients. This is also a vegan friendly dessert!

Ingredients

  • cup chocolate milk I use oatmilk
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup sago uncooked
  • 2 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 cup Nata de Coco optional

Instructions

  • Boil 1 cup sago to 5 cups of water for 10 minutes while stirring.

  • Turn off the heat and let the sago rest for 15 minutes.
  • Drain the sago and transfer it to a larger pouring bowl or jar.
  • Add the chocolate milk, coconut cream, Nata de Coco, and strawberries to the sago and mix well.

  • Transfer the mixture to individual serving jars.
  • Top each jar with fresh strawberries.
  • Refrigerate the jars for 2 hours before serving.
