Strawberry Sago With Chocolate
A delicious asian dessert made with only 4 ingredients. This is also a vegan friendly dessert!

- 1½ cup chocolate milk I use oatmilk
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup sago uncooked
- 2 cup strawberries diced
- 1 cup Nata de Coco optional
Boil 1 cup sago to 5 cups of water for 10 minutes while stirring.
Turn off the heat and let the sago rest for 15 minutes.
Drain the sago and transfer it to a larger pouring bowl or jar.
Add the chocolate milk, coconut cream, Nata de Coco, and strawberries to the sago and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to individual serving jars.
Top each jar with fresh strawberries.
Refrigerate the jars for 2 hours before serving.
