- 6 grams matcha powder ceremonial grade
- 50 ml milk any milk of choice, I prefer to use oat milk
- 1 cup milk any milk of choice, I prefer to use oat milk
- 200 grams strawberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup water
- 1-2 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener optional, refer to blog notes
Prepare the Strawberry Puree
Wash and slice the strawberries, removing the stems.
Add strawberries, monk fruit sweetener, and water to a pot and bring it to a boil.
Lower to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The mixture will thicken into a puree.
Assemble The Latte
Spread some strawberry puree along the inside of a tall glass.
Add ice, followed by the remaining milk.
Pour the whisked matcha over the top, allowing the layers to form.
Stir before drinking and enjoy!
