Ingredients

  • ¼ whole dragonfruit
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Cut the dragonfruit to extract the flesh.
  • Add the dragonfruit flesh plus the yogurt to a blender and blend smooth. Taste the mixture to see if you want to add any maple syrup or agave syrup. This really depends on your taste and what type of yogurt you choose to use.
