Ingredients

  • cup mango
  • 2 cup water
  • ¾ cup vanilla protein powder (70 grams)
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 handful of frozen spinach optional
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 handful of ice (if the mango isn't frozen)
