Equipment

  • Blender or food processor

Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw unsalted cashews
  • 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt (high quality, not table salt)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or a food processor, and pulse until blended into a parmesan cheese consistency

Notes

I prefer to use a blender with a small cup to make this. The salt is essential to make this. Make sure to use a high quality sea salt, rock salt, or similar.
