Ingredients
1cupoats
⅔cupvanilla protein powder (60grams)or any other flavour of choice
2teaspoonbaking powder
300mlalmond milkor any plant based milk of choice
1smallbanana
Topping
2tablespoonmaple syrup
½cupsliced fresh strawberries
Instructions
Add all ingredients (oats, protein powder, baking powder, almond milk & banana) to a blender. Blender for approximately 30 seconds, or until well combined
Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the batter to thicken
Heat a pan and melt a tablespoon of vegan butter or spray with cooking spray
Pour the mixture to the desired pancake size
Cook on one side until bubbles start to form, and then flip
Cook on the second side for another 2 to 3 minutes
Remove from the pan, add each cooked pancake to the plate as you go
Add whatever toppings you like and serve!
