    Banana Protein Shakes: 6 Recipes You'll Love

    If you're looking for a tasty and nutritious way to fuel your exercise routine, then banana protein shakes are the perfect solution. Packed with essential nutrients and vitamins, these six delicious recipes will give you all the energy you need to power through your workouts!

    Banana Almond Butter Protein Smoothie

    Get your daily dose of protein with this delicious banana protein shake recipe. All you need is 4 simple ingredients to make it: 1 medium or small banana, 1 scoop of pea protein powder, 1 tablespoon of almond butter and 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar. You can also blend up some ice if you prefer your shakes colder. Just add the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy this easy and healthy breakfast smoothie or quick snack anytime!

    Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

    Treat yourself to this delicious protein shake! It’s a great balance of sweet, smooth and creamy flavor. It makes for the perfect post-workout snack, packed with protein and banana for a creamy and delicious treat. All you need is a small frozen banana, cacao powder, peanut butter, Medjool dates, plant milk of your choosing (I prefer unsweetened almond), pea protein (unflavoured works best), a pinch of salt and some ice. Simply blend everything up in a blender until it's smooth and enjoy - guilt free! I honestly went through a period of my life where this was the ONLY smoothie I would make after my gym session! It's so yummy!!

    Peanut Butter-Banana Protein Shake

    Need a healthy, post-workout smoothie that won't leave you feeling guilty? Give this easy banana protein shake a try! All you need is frozen banana, peanut butter, protein powder, cinnamon, flaxseed, kale or spinach, almond milk and coconut water. Throw in some extra add-ons like oats, chia seeds and maple syrup for an extra boost of nourishment and calorific goodness. Give it all a good blend until smooth and enjoy!

    Berry Banana Smoothie

    This Raspberry Smoothie is one my favourite smoothies of all time. It is super fresh, zesty, and packs 30 grams of protein per serve! This could be your new favourite banana protein shake after a workout, or even just for breakfast everyday. The flavour combination of the raspberry, banana and lime is just right, with no overpowering banana flavour, which you often get when adding banana to a fruit smoothie. And its Vegan of course!!

    Banana Vanilla Smoothie. One of The Best Banana Protein Shakes

    Do you want to keep your banana protein shakes recipe as simple as possible without comprising on flavour or protein? Then this banana vanilla smoothie is the one for you! Simple blend together 2 frozen bananas, 2 dates, plant milk, vanilla extract, and your favourite vanilla protein powder. It's truly delicious!!

    Blueberry Banana Smoothie

    This blueberry banana smoothie is the perfect post workout or breakfast smoothie. Packed with protein and high antioxidant fruits like blueberries and kiwi fruit, it is the perfect health enthusiast banana protein shake recipe! It is also combined with chia seeds and flaxseeds for extra protein and healthy fats. Enjoy guilt free!
