How to Make This Santa Hat Christmas Fruit Plate
Ingredients Needed
- 1 punnet strawberries
- 1 punnet grapes
- 1 banana (for the hat trim)
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
- Toothpicks
That’s it—simple ingredients for maximum festive impact

Step 1: Slice the banana
Cut the banana into round slices—these will become the trim of Santa’s hat.
Step 2: Trim the strawberries
Remove the green tops so they sit flat on top of the banana slice.
Step 3: Prepare the grapes
Choose large, firm grapes for the “body” of the skewer. Green grapes work best for contrast.
Step 4: Assemble each Santa hat
- Slide a grape onto the toothpick.
- Add a banana slice.
- Add the strawberry (pointed side up).
- Finish with a mini marshmallow as the pom-pom.
Step 5: Serve in a bowl or on a platter
You can pile them into a bowl, or create a full Christmas fruit platter using other fruits alongside the Santa hats.
