How To Make a Watermelon Cake
Step 1: Slice and Shape the Watermelon

- Trim the edges of each layer to achieve smooth, even circles.

- Place the largest watermelon slice at the base.
- Stack the medium-sized slice on top, centring it.
- Pierce through 3 of the skewer sticks to stop the watermelon tiers from sliding off.
- Add the smallest slice at the very top to complete the three tiers.
- Cut away any of the skewer sticks protruding out. Alternatively, you can conceal the skewer sticks but decorating with fruit.

Step 3: Decorate with Dragon Fruit and Blueberries
- Slice dragon fruit and cut into fun shapes (such as hearts, stars, or circles).
- Use toothpicks to attach the dragon fruit pieces around the cake for a decorative touch.
- Arrange blueberries and additional dragon fruit chunks to create a cascading effect down the side of the cake. The fruit can be secured with toothpicks or can also be placed loose on top of the cake (I use a combination of both toothpicks and some loose berries)
