Ingredients needed for healthy pomelo yogurt bites
Pomelo
Choose a ripe pomelo that feels heavy for its size. Remove all of the thick white membrane and break the flesh into bite-sized pieces before mixing it into the yogurt.
Greek yogurt
Greek yogurt creates a thick, creamy texture that freezes beautifully while adding plenty of protein.
If you'd like to make this recipe dairy-free, simply swap the Greek yogurt for my homemade Coconut Yogurt or Soy Yogurt Recipe. Both work beautifully in frozen desserts while adding probiotics and a delicious creamy texture.
White chocolate chips
White chocolate chips add little bursts of sweetness throughout each bite. Since they're mixed into the yogurt instead of melted over the top, every bite has a little crunch and creamy sweetness.
